Tasks:
•	Writing protocols based on templates, dictation, or audio dictation
•	Handling correspondence during peak times
•	Managing time tracking
•	Filing tasks
•	Creating new files in both paper and digital formats
•	Reception of visitors
•	Acting as a substitute during the executive assistant’s vacation
•	Assisting with project documentation
Requirements:
•	Completion of vocational training in office communication, office administration, or similar, or relevant experience in office work
•	Previous professional experience
•	Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, with a strong command of spelling
•	Proficiency in touch typing (10-finger system) and familiarity with DIN5008 standards
•	Flexibility in your work
•	Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
•	Comfort with using telephones
•	Proficiency in common Microsoft Office applications

The position is initially advertised as a 450-euro basis (mini-job), but is intended to transition to a permanent part-time position as part of our ongoing expansion. The current location is Essen, with a future relocation planned to Gelsenkirchen.
